Jérémy Kandin is the Chief Finance and Legal Officer at Unilabs Middle East, bringing more than 20 years of international experience across corporate law, M&A, governance and complex cross-border transactions.

Prior to his Middle East role, Jérémy served as Global Head of Legal, Corporate & Transactions at Unilabs Group Headquarters, where he led M&A execution, strategic divestments and legal transformation initiatives supporting business efficiency.

Before joining Unilabs, he held senior leadership positions at SEQENS and AGC, covering legal operations, strategic negotiations, international transactions, business integration and compliance across multiple markets.

In his current role, Jérémy supports Unilabs Middle East by strengthening legal governance, enabling strategic decision-making and supporting the organization’s continued growth across the region.
